When you visit this home, you’ll have ocean views, breezy balconies, rooftop deck, access to the community pools and pavilion, and a memory maker vacation on St. Simons. The first floor is spacious and welcoming with lots of unique artistic touches. The main bedroom is on the third floor features a wet bar and stunning views.

Kayak the nearby marshes, or enjoy a picnic at Neptune Park. There are several dining and shopping options just a short drive or bike ride away. The St. Simons Lighthouse Museum is always popular, or take in one of the art galleries. If golf is your passion, there is no shortage of courses to choose from.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests can walk the beach at high tide.
The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
