I love that they followed up with us to check on our stay while we were there! There was plenty to do on Jekyll Island and this hotel added to it with bikes, pool, fire pits, yard swings by the ocean! He also made our visit feel extra special by offering celebratory champagne when he learned we were newlyweds. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious, making our stay feel extra relaxing. We never actually used the pool, but we did dip our toes in and loved that it was the perfect temperature. The lights glowing in the water at night, the built-in lounge areas, and even the thoughtful addition of a handicap-accessible chair to help those who need it into the pool made it clear that every detail had been considered. The fire pit lounge area was really nice too. I also appreciated that Morgan looked into the mattress brand for me (because I loved them that much) and the staff went the extra mile by checking in through text during our stay. They even offer a simplified checkout process, you don’t even have to stop by the office and can just leave your keys in the room and text back “departed” once you leave.
