"Excellent apartment. Parking was around the corner in a secure lot with limited spots. Let them know upon booking that you require parking. We would definitely stay here again as walkable to historic sights and many excellent dining options close by. "

"Everything was great. I personally loved the self-check-in style. The hotel is nice and right there in Old Town Krakow, close and walkable to several amazing sights. "

"We stayed in Room 336 with balcony. Well appointed room. Very comfortable, facing the inner courtyard and peaceful. Room was well looked after, provision of tea, coffee and complimentary water. We didn’t realise the water was complimentary until we checked out, but lovely gesture. Loved the fragrance of the hotel as you walked in the main doors, immediately relaxing after a long flight. Absolutely loved the location in the Jewish quarter. Lots of traditional local restaurants to choose from and close to mini supermarkets. Lots of history and local culture to take in. 15 min walk to Old Town centre, an easy stride. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend."
"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away.
Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning.
Housekeeping should also be mentioned. Everything was spotless, and it was a pleasure to have daily cleaning in the room, as this practice has been diminished at many hotels.
I did notice that most guests were my age or older, and wonder if Rezydent Hotel is classified as a "pensioners" hotel, not that it matters. Like me, I assume other guests were attracted by bargain rates."
"This is a fabulous hotel in the old town. Ideally situated 5 minutes walk to the square.
Stayed here with 4 friends we all had single rooms which were spacious, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Free safe with bottled water and toiletries replaced daily.
Breakfast was continental with lots of variety, cheeses, cold meat, cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and lots more, you will not go hungry.
Staff were amazing, as we had an early return flight we given a breakfast bag that contained 2 lovely sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, water and juice.."
"The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service. "
"Nice parkside location next to tram lines. Airport express bus #300 ($1.20 US when I used it) was 25 min and located a block away. Everything in Krakow is walkable from here or you can hop on a tram. Hotel was quiet. Castle was a short stroll away. "
"Great value hotel in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from walk from the main square. Breakfast was really good, we didn’t have it included but were able to get a discount for staying in the hotel. Rooms were spacious, didn’t use the kitchen facilities but all seemed good. Would definitely stay again. "
"Wow, what can I say! This has to be the most beautiful and elegant boutique hotel I have ever stayed at.
On entering, the foyer is small but beautifully decorated and the staff make you feel very welcome.
Check in was quick and efficient and we were shown to our room by a kind gentleman.
The room, a superior double, was stunning. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The room looked onto the street and it was wonderful to hear the horse and carriage trotting by every so often. The bathroom had all the amenities you would need.
The bottle of wine and amaretto was a lovely touch.
The breakfast is out of this world! We ate numerous times at the renowned Fiorentina restaurant which is part of the hotel. The food and service were impeccable. Krakow is a beautiful city and Balthazar hotel was just the best place to stay to enjoy everything krakow has to offer.
We had a very early return flight and we were given a wonderful breakfast box away with us which was delicious.
Thank you so much Balthazar hotel for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back next year.
Don’t hesitate to book this!"
