"Property was so nice and quiet that we decided to stay twice (4 nights at the beginning of our trip and the last night). It was great to travel to the sites that did not involve Proper DC from this hotel (examples are Washington’s Mt Vernon, Arlington National cemetery, Air and Space museum at Dulles -yes, there are 2 Smithsonian air and space museums). Those sightseeing sites have good parking so driving from this hotel to the sites was great. Breakfast could include more fresh fruits and individual yogurts (truthfully breakfast time was very crowded and food was not great). Finding a luggage cart was hard and most people left them scattered along upper floors and the hotel did not have a staff member bringing them to the lobby so it was an inconvenience if you have a hot of luggage. Overall, the place was clean, comfortable and the staff was pleasant! "

"Wingate by Wyndham Chantilly near Dulles Airport, Wash DC - for me, was the answer to my unexpected need for an overnight, less than 7 hrs, to a missed connection due to severe weather. I tried to book with closest hotels to airport, at 11:00 PM - via several booking websites. 5 returned with unavailability. WWChantilly via Expedia was a hit, via on-line. Payment was not requested until check in. Grabbed a cab - in 6 minutes at lobby- nice entry, landscaped was a good sign. Check-in had my info, in 5 minutes- I had key to room. Price via Expedia was lower than the previous 5 hotels attempted. Room, dbl queens, was welcoming, clean, beds fresh with crisp, soft clean linens. Temperature set at 68 , cool and comfortable in 90 degree temps. Amenities were standard, work-out, TV, WiFi, Coffee maker, frig, ice maker on floor, lobby snacks and ice cold bottled beer available. Bathroom, clean and bath towels etc freshly laundered. Shower - Hot water immediately, exceptional force for a hotel. Amenities, Breakfast available at 6:00, fresh coffee, & airport shuttle at 7:00. 5star rating for Expedia having this hotel in their availability and 5 stars for hotel, price, quick check-in, cleanliness, convenience, and overall welcoming. I highly recommend -for overnight or extended stay. "
