“It was alright overall. Details, details, details... I didn't recognize from the photos the age of the residence and coming off a stay from a newer residence, I wasn't fully prepared. Spacious layout and plenty of room for as many as six or seven to sleep on existing beds. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. Bathrooms are dated but clean (It'd be nice to have a window screen (guest bath)). There aren't any towel racks so we improvised with some plastic hangers found in a closet. A/C worked well.……

“This was my second time to this house as it is one of my favorites in visiting the University of Houston. The location and layout of the house is perfect for spending time with my college student. We love the big couch and catching up on all our favorite shows. We used the kitchen to have a home cooked meal together.
