"Loved the property and had a great time but the luxury in the listing was not there. The biggest issue being the pergola in the pictures was gone and replaced with a single umbrella. The string lights in the backyard were broken and the majority of items were powered by extension cords laying on the ground, many with tripped breakers. "This property worked out fantastic for us. We had a large group for a bachelorette. We occupied the whole compound utilizing all 3 villas. The court yard with small pool was so cute and we loved sitting there and chatting about our previous night as a group while sipping our morning coffee. The rooms were super cute, clean and fit us all comfortably (we had 12 girls). We needed to contact the property managers a couple of times and they answered quickly and serviced our requests in a very timely...

"Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!"

"We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful.
