"The Villa was clean, great for 5 people, and it was quiet. In the instructions provided, we were advised that the exact location of the Villa will not populate on a GPS after a certain point.. This was not true.. after searching for it for a minute, we plugged "Villa Kalliope" into the GPS and it came right up... While the property was great overall, communication with the host was not. We received check-in instructions from the booking page and after that, nothing.. We asked if we can check in...

"Pros: Hier merkt man, dass es dem Host wichtig ist, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Es stand alles zur Verfügung, was wir brauchten. Falls etwas benötigt wurde, hatte man immer die Möglichkeit, dies dem Gastgeber mitzuteilen. Die Lage der Finca war perfekt für uns, da sie Abseits der vielen Hotelanlagen liegt. "We had a really lovely family holiday at Rodos Princess Beach Hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Rafael, who greeted us when we arrived, and to Mara, the Reception Manager, for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a huge variety in the main restaurant and plenty of choices for everyone. We also loved the pool bar and the dessert and snack area by the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. The pools were always clean, and the whole pool area was well looked after. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was a nice way to finish the day. The spa was another highlight. We had wonderful treatments with Evgenia, who was professional, friendly and very good at what she does. We stayed in a family room as a family of five. The room was comfortable, although having only one toilet for five people was a little inconvenient. The bathroom door also couldn’t be locked, which made privacy a bit tricky at times, but we managed and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The best sign of how much we enjoyed the hotel is that our daughters are already asking when we can come back. Thank you to the whole team for a great holiday. We would definitely recommend the hotel, especially for families."

"The staff at the hotel could not do more for you - any problem and they would do all they could to fix it or give you some options. The waiters at the restaurant were lovely especially an older lady who worked inside - so accommodating. Be VERY careful when you walk round the pool - it is so slippy and there were a number of people who slipped and fell. You couldn’t confidently walk round it and I definitely think that is something they need to look in to. Some of the beds around the pool were also broken and there had obviously been some parasols broken too as so many were missing and never replaced so meant there weren’t enough to go around. Also, the selection of all inclusive drinks was minimal and I haven’t been anywhere that you can’t get ice cream during the day at the resort (you had to pay for it at the beach bar if you wanted it). All in all a lovely place to go but it does have some areas it needs to improve on."

"The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which isn't always common in Greece. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. We appreciated the close beach access, complimentary breakfast, and in-room espresso that was restocked daily. The room did have a slight musty smell, but overall the price matched the amenities offered. While we had a pleasant stay and no major complaints, I likely would not choose to stay here again."
