A very nice hotel overall.
The rooms are pleasant, the property is clean, and the water park is excellent, with far more slides than you would typically find at a hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive most of the time.
This could have been a perfect stay if not for a few issues:
• The children's sofa bed and the extra bed provided were extremely uncomfortable.
• The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the bathroom ventilation did not work.
• The music around the water park was tool loud. Some guests may enjoy it, but we found it unbearable and completely redundant.
• The most frustrating issue was the lack of air conditioning in the main restaurant. Only one section had weak air conditioning, making the restaurant unbearably hot in August.
