“The Bunkhouse is accurately described as "rustic" but very comfortable and has its own special charm. The property and views were absolutely lovely. We arrived during a spring thunder and lightening storm that was so exciting but was quickly over and we were treated to a stunning sunset thru the forest!
The Bunkhouse has a super effective wood pellet stove so we were warm and comfy throughout our stay.
The beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom shower had good water pressure and stocked……

“Nice place, clean and cozy, Classic "grandma's house" feel. It was very pleasant stargazing from the porch with sounds of the close by river. Morning walks around the river and streets were peaceful and we saw turkeys in the yard, herons at the water and all sorts of other birds.No pot holders in the kitchen nor paper towels/napkins so come prepared with your own or buy the 5 roll at the store down the street.”
