“Burn stains on the kitchen counter, no service staff to assist with questions in the building. Also, fire alarm went off at 5am and no staff to assist or inform guests of the emergency. The pool area and concierge host are phenomenal; and help make up any incidents that would have spoiled my stay cation.”
