"This condo was perfect for our family of four. The area is very secure and quiet, and there is a grocery store right across the street. We had the beach completely to ourselves and the ocean was warm and inviting. The hosts provided us with a lot of information that helped with our stay. "While the bungalows may be on the rustic side, it is authentic and functional - and the setting is absolutely unmatched. The small pool at the centre of the compound is a Costa Rican paradise. Renters ought to be aware that it is not located in the Montezuma town, but a 2-3 km walk up steep hills from the beach. Our group was able to do the walk, but many would find it difficult without a vehicle."

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."

Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. "We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was immaculately clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities one could need, including a water/ice make in fridge and full size washer and dryer. The pool in the back is very clean and well maintained and the property is just a short walk to the beach - our kids were thrilled with both! The host was very friendly and responsive and she even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge with a welcome note - this was such a nice touch to ‘come home’ to! We would love to return and would recommend this properly to friends :) Thank you!"

Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean."
