It is beautifully decorated and stocked with kitchen essentials. There is a gorgeous view off the balcony of the marina where we have watched fish jump, birds fly, and boats come and go. It is a quiet little area with friendly neighbors. I'd recommend a stay at Little Harbor to anyone. Amanda S. This is our 4th time here at Little Harbor and 1st time staying in your Townhome. Each and every time we have stayed here at Little Harbor we have stayed somewhere different at this resort. The Townhomes have always been on our bucket list to either purchase in the future and or rent. I didn’t know they were available to rent until I stumbled across this townhome on Expedia. The condo was clean and comfortable. We looked out over the marina. Lots of fun to watch the boats. The condo had Everything we needed! Very nice beach and pool. We ate at the Sunset Grill several times- great menu. It was a very nice 8-10 minute walk to the beach and a very short 3 minute drive. Nice drives to Sarasota, Fort DeSoto, St. Pete’s and we even spent a rainy day shopping at Disney Springs. Very Nice!!! Kim H. It just “felt” icky. I’d suggest a keurig or something that people know how to use. The coffee maker was an off-brand and not user-friendly. The tvs had zero instructions and remotes that I (at almost 50 years old) should know how to use, because they are old remotes, but I couldn’t figure them out. Initially we saw the screens doors for the sliding doors were just leaning against the door. Not a good start when you show up and see something so obvious that needs to be done. We did report it and it was fixed promptly. The place just needs a good cleaning and small things fixed or updated. Here are the other issues we had during our stay.No remote for master bath tv. I found an on/off switch on back of tv. But without the remote you couldn't change the volume or turn it off from bed.The master shower has mold and the shower head was dirty and sprayed water off to the side.Mold in the downstairs shower and shower curtain.Sliding door by the kitchen did not glide smoothly and was very difficult to open and close.One patio chair was too wobbly to use since it was missing the adjusting foot at the bottom of one of the legs of the chair.Another chair was already off to the side because it has a broken armrest.Also be careful of the due dates or cancellation dates if you make any changes. I wiped some off by the door. Wi washed most of the towels used. We went to visit relatives in Suncity and stayed in Ruskin, 2nd time we’ve stayed here, different unit but all great. Food in restaurants is great, kids loved the pool. Our rental was beautiful and just as pictures showed. So convenient with pool, restaurant and gym all walking distance. Tiki bar was so much fun. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.
