Nice room, safe environment. However, the breakfast offerings in no way matched the photos on Expedia. Photos showed two or three Belgian waffle makers and a hot food station. There were, in fact, zero waffle makers and a sad offering of powdered eggs and limp bacon. No fresh fruit and a paltry offering of one muffin type and some toast and bagels. Disappointing.

Great location. You're an easy drive or walk to anything you want to do in Richmond. The suites are enormous and worked perfectly for our family of 3. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Valet parking is convenient and the overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again Thanks!

Had an enjoyable stay, was glad there was fitness center I could use. The only issues I had was that you had to pay for the WiFi, and the deposit amount was $100 a night when I was told it was $50 when I called ahead. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and nice.

The theming and downstairs is fun and cute. The staff is young and tries hard. The parking situation is pretty dire, with self parking being a block away and requiring regularly renewing/paying for more time, but valet is slow and not great if you’re in and out a lot. The food is sllloooowwww (Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares-level slow: 40 minutes at 9:30 pm when there was no one else ordering food for a flatbread pizza) because the kitchen is on a different floor, and the elevators are the slowest I’ve ever encountered, and I travel a lot. 20 minutes waiting for an elevator is a lot. The room was tired, lots of scuffs and signs of age, and the beds were worse than a motel 6. The headboard/head of the bed was downhill from the feet, so as I was sleeping I kept waking up because it was such an uncomfortable situation, and the mattress was quite lumpy. I was there to see a show at the incredibly poorly designed/run Allianz Amphitheatre, which was too far to walk, but also didn’t really have any parking, especially for early VIP entry. If I was ever there again, I’d stay somewhere else and uber.
