“Compact apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Hot water is good & hot. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi. “This is an absolute gem of a cottage and a perfect location for travelling around Perthshire and beyond . Such a pretty sympathetically renovated 300 year old farm workers cottage all on the ground floor. The furnishings and fittings are high end and the lovely steel cupboarded kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need . There is a handy little utility room at the end of the cottage with a washing machine and bike store . Lovely wooden floors in the main living area and fabulous……

“We really enjoyed our stay here for a group of five. Nicely laid out property and great views of the valley, hills, and mountains. The property is nice and modern. I found the beds comfortable, but my friend said they were a little soft and bouncy. We loved that we could watch Netflix and television easily. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. We cooked breakfast each morning in the well equipped kitchen with……
