"Three of us met at the property; had no problem finding it. Decent area and definitely clean upon arrival. As expected and plenty of supplies except toilet paper which we let them know about (didn't run out until last day). Three rolls for three girls for four days didn't cut it. Kleenex would have been nice but overall great place met our needs and we would return. Little problem with the hot water one morning but property manager said they would look into it and get it solved. Really nice...

"The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot"
