"Reception service is great - congratulations! Really great people, friendly, helping - I liked it really very much!
The rest is… well: forvthat price a mediocre breakfast nearby at Befeater, the burger there in the evening was disgusting.

"This place was excellent. We stayed there our last night in the UK because it was close to the airport. I wish we had stayed there the whole time we stayed in Central London. The staff was great, the rooms were large, the food was good. It was just an overall good experience. "
"Hotel was immaculate with friendly staff. Room was surprisingly large and very comfortable. Great spot for those that need to be by the airport. Ride / Shuttle screen was very convenient. "
"Clean and quiet premium room in a great London location. Hotel is close to many transportation and dining options. Close to park areas and a nice pathway system along the Thames. "
