"The food at the restaurant was terrible.
I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me.
They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine.
The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception.

"Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all"

"We were upgraded with a balcony to the pool, but we didnt understand that we were charged extra for this. It would have been fair if the whole pool area wasnt under reconstruction, just one big building site. And we responded to the hotel manager, but hasnt heard from him.

I complained and the noise was stopped but so was all the water to my room. Fortunately, I’d already showered, but still had no water for sink or toilet until after breakfast. Talking of which, that consisted of three seriously under-baked croissants and a glass of orange juice. Extremely poor choice of food. No food...

"After a curious approach. The owner met us there and showed us around. It was a very quite, beautiful mountain apartment. Details outdoors were evident and comfort inside was great. This is just a peaceful beautiful place which capped of our italian tour perfectly. To return i would stay at least 3 nights. It is worth it. The area is stunning with many things to do"

"Siamo tornati dopo un anno in questo hotel e confermiamo il ns. giudizio positivo. Hotel nuovo, a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Sestola. Camera standard di dimensioni modeste ma lo stesso comoda e completa di tutto. Personale accogliente e molto gentile. Colazione al tavolo (come da norme Covid) su ordinazione, se proprio devo trovare una pecca l'anno scorso nel menu c'erano anche prosciutto crudo e parmigiano, quest'anno non più eppure i prezzi (come nel 100% degli altri hotel) sono aumentati....
