Bedding: King and double sofa-sleeper \*Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and permit availability is first come, first served. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.\* The Mountainside Inn is located along the San Miguel River in the heart of Telluride. It is comprised of four separate buildings, all of which are two floors with stair access (no elevators). Guests enter this one-bedroom suite on the second floor of the Mountainside Inn in the 200 building. Upon entering the room, guests are welcomed into a large living space with a pullout double sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV and dining area for four. The adjacent kitchen has updated granite countertops, four-burner stove and oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and all of the utensils needed to cook a complete meal. The bedroom is located down a short hallway, which has a large storage area/closet. The bedroom has a king bed and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom is located off of the hallway and has a step-in shower, separate water closet and granite countertops. Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn. The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn. This room is dog-friendly with prior notification and a $30/night fee. Pet fees will be charged at check-in. Being on the corner and above the office was nice, as the view with the drapes open felt like you were enjoying a balcony. The laundry was just below as well. Was cheapest option in what is normally a very hard area to find reasonable rooming. A bit tricky finding and some pecking lot construction was a bit inconvenient, but management very helpful and understanding. Room was very large and roomy like a suite with kitchenette and living room. TV with cable in living room and bedroom. Very clean and comfy.
