"Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and the house was as described on the Vrbo site. The location was great and allowed us to walk to town without having to deal with our car….a great perk!Two improvements I would suggest, the stairway from the first floor to the second is fairly steep and the stair treads were polished wood and present a potential for a nasty slip and fall. I would like to see the stair treads covered with a tight knit carpet or any material that would be more secure and slip resistant. Secondly, the back deck was more than ample and the deck furniture was very nice, but the deck itself was a dirty and loaded with mold, pollen, and bird residue. Before we could even think of having diner outside it needed a through cleaning. I found a pale and scrub brush and cleaned it myself. No big deal, but the deck, the deck railing and the outside table should be cleaned between tenants. Hopefully these are helpful suggestions. We did enjoy our stay! "

"Chris’s house is awesome, location is great, very close to east Hampton and a short drive to sag harbor. The house is very modern, clean, and packed with amenities. Great for kids with awesome pool and big yard. Not to mention the sick outdoor seating area with TV lights and fire pit. We were 4 adults and 2 young kids and the house was perfect. "

"If you are looking for a beautiful home with plenty of space, a kitchen that leaves you wanting for nothing, and endless opportunity for fun LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! The kitchen is so well equipped that preparing a family dinner is a pleasure. The pool and hot tub were the perfect ending to every beach day. Both adjustable to your desired temperature. Not to mention a great work from home space with an office off the master bedroom. Doug always responded promptly and was beyond accommodating making sure our stay was exceptional. All the beds were very comfortable including the three downstairs. We also loved that there were more than enough bathrooms when getting ready to go out. I hope you get the opportunity to enjoy it as much as we did! Thanks Doug, we can't wait to come back!"

"Lovely home which accommodates a large family. Nice quiet location, except for the train which is unavoidable. The owners and housekeeper were very accommodating. We loved the puzzles! Sadly the weather did not cooperate for our stay so we didn’t get to use the gorgeous pool. Still a wonderful visit. Highly recommend trying an e-bike tour with local guide Ryan. "

"Retired earlier this year and shortly after my mother passed away in March. I’ve spent the past five months dealing with her estate so a relaxing vacation was just what the doctor ordered. Property tucked away on a quiet street nestled among beautiful trees. Had a few issues which the owner promptly addressed.All in all it was a lovely week."

The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious.
Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!"
