“We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean a few areas of feedback is that the hot water was lackluster. We had many periods of no hot water. The light fixture was very bright in the sitting area. It would’ve been nice if they had a light dimmer so we didn’t have to unscrew the bulbs. One bulb made the room shine. We were impressed that during the storm we received a phone call asking us if we wanted to relocate to another cabin that was not near trees and in the open area. We appreciate that……

“This was an amazing property and it was exactly what I was looking for. A friend and I came here for a writing retreat, but it could easily fit 4-5 people. Everything was clean, we were about 100 steps to the beach, and we especially enjoyed the backyard as a place to lounge and work. The area was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Hosts were great to communicate with too. I hope to be back one day!”

“The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off. The last straw was the huge spider that jumped down from the closet onto me. We ended up leaving after less than 24 hours and……

“We took our special needs 9 year old on his first overnight vacation and this was the PERFECT space for us! Everything was very clean and well thought out and communication with the hosts was excellent. It is so close to all Mystic has to offer and yet was very quiet and very peaceful. We loved every minute of this cottage and will absolutely be back. Stay here ..you will not be sorry!”
