The room was fairly clean but smelled horribly of cigarettes. I talked to the office and they assured me it was the smell of cleaners. He gave me 3 bottles of body spray to help with the smell. I lived with smokers my whole life, was a smoker for 14 years and also worked in housekeeping for 21 years. I know what cigarette smoke smells like. Also the shower head had no way to attach to the bracket. It was tied up with a plastic bag that did not hold it even slightly. Horrible shower. It was one handed or two handed without the water. Not pleasant at all especially after getting in so late and after a full day of hiking. There was only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 2 people. Not convenient. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and well laid out, and the property was quiet.

The room was cheap. So if you’re looking for a cheap room just to spend the night you can get by here. But other than that, I would never stay here again. The towels were the size of paper towels and they gave you one per person and they were dingy and stained . Our room had some super super strong floral sent, which tells me they were trying to cover up the scent of something else. Our smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire. There were spiderwebs in the room. The floor was disgusting. On a positive note the air conditioner worked and it had good water pressure. As far as amenities, there are none

1 towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people in a room, no cups or glasses, no extra toilet tissue and half a roll on the holder, just a bare bones room....no amenities at all. Very disappointed.

Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Was offered a "nice room" when I told them I was unhappy which was just the exact same room, but a different unit. They told me that they have a no refund policy, but I genuinely just wanted to stay anywhere else so I guess I'm out $70.
