Front desk was very friendly and helpful, however, the room was not prepared correctly. It had only one wash cloth, just a sliver of toilet paper, and only 1 bag of caffeinated coffee in the room.

What would be an okay place if I haven’t seen roaches or have disrespectful employees very unhappy and they will be hearing from my lawyer i sincerely hope you guys are ready for a lawsuit & this wouldn’t be the first either

The floor was sticky, the carpet not vacuumed, leftover shampoo in the shower, hair in the tub and on the counter by sink. Of all the rooms to put us in we were put bu the stairs, I had to keep the TV on and could still hear people trampling up the stairs all through the night. Staff was not friendly, we said good morning to 2 and we got "yep" by the laundry gal. No more coffee at 8am, most of the breakfast dispensers were empty or out of order. I would not stay again if I were paid to!

I enjoyed my stay.. The room was clean..bed was soft, the only thing that I had a issue with was one of the blankets had burn holes in them..I plan on staying there again in the near future though..

The room was nice but showed some need for a deep cleaning. Stains on some of the bedding the room chair and carpet needed cleaning. The ac and frig were quiet and worked great.
