"We had an excellent stay thank you. My only criticism is the new rooms are directly on the car park so can be a little noisy with people coming and going. However, we look forward to returning. "

"Fantastic stay in the Hatfield Lodge Room 2 was great, spacious, quiet, clean. The shower room was lovely large, i feel it maybe a cleaning product used but it seem to leave the floor very slippery and the shower could do with some anti slip texturing on the tray and a handrail for safety. Only down side needs plugs next to the bed. Apart from those points would happily stay again. "

"Spacious, well equipped rooms. Good selection of options on Restaurant menu. Also great value for money. Only slight negative was the bed was quite hard compared to our preferences and the pillows were too thin providing limited support for a side sleeper. "
