"Minus:) carpets in the corridors where filthy, there was an unpleasant smell . Found cobwebs in the corners of the room out of reach. Good :) the bed was comfortable kitchen was good."

"A nice compact place, perfect for a long weekend or short break. In a very quiet village, so it was wonderfully peaceful. Glenn very kindly provided some treats and poo bags for our dog. A nicely presented space overall and a good base to drive from around other parts of Norfolk. But don't waste ..."

"A very clean and comfortable cottage, and very well equipped with everything you would need. The shop opposite was very handy and has a very good selection of everything you might need if you are self catering. You can walk to Southwold pier or high street in about 15 minutes."
