Tenemos juegos al aire libre como lanzamiento de pelotas de escalera, hoyo de maíz y lanzamiento de lavadora. Hay una gran parte abierta del patio trasero para correr en general ... tal vez un juego familiar favorito o simplemente lanzar una pelota de béisbol o fútbol de ida y vuelta. Directamente detrás de la casa tenemos rocas gigantes que califican para el estado de "Rey de la Montaña" para los jóvenes y jóvenes de corazón. Lo mejor de todo es la playa del río, justo debajo del patio comedor exterior. Simplemente baje unos pasos y podrá colgar los pies en la bifurcación intermedia de aguas blancas del río Kaweah. Hay una serie de tres pozas para su relajación y diversión. Simplemente siéntate y sueña o entra y rema un poco. En ciertas épocas del año, puedes ver las vigas y los kayakistas flotar junto a ti. Tenemos una gran variedad de pájaros y es divertido ver sus travesuras mientras se lanzan y vuelan a través de los árboles a lo largo de la playa. Siempre consideramos una buena suerte ver a la garza real pescar desde una roca, o volar río arriba o río abajo. Ciervos e incluso osos caminan ocasionalmente. (Aquí tenemos osos negros que normalmente son muy tímidos; es emocionante verlos buscando bellotas y luego empujando un árbol). Pasarelas de grava rodean la casa y lo animan a disfrutar de la belleza natural de esta espectacular ubicación desde todos los ángulos. Los jardines de rocas y los cantos rodados gigantes le brindan una amplia oportunidad para sentarse tranquilamente y escuchar la naturaleza y sus propios pensamientos. Esta casa unifamiliar de propiedad privada es de 800 pies cuadrados. Tiene capacidad para seis, con un baño completo, dos dormitorios, uno king y otro doble, y un sofá convertible de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. We spent a lot of time on the swing watching & listening to the river. The blue heron paid us a visit just when I mentioned we hadn’t seen him yet. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. We enjoyed being so close to the entrance of Sequoia NP and being right on the river was amazing! Mid-August is perfect for playing in the river, and we did plenty of it. House had plenty of amenities we were looking for and host was quick to respond to any inquiries. We did have a bear visit us early one morning, but was more interested in garbage can and didn't come in to say, "hi".We had live music next door on Fri and Sat evenings, but only until 8 pm, and was the perfect volume to enjoy on the patio or in the river. Having candy and ice cream next door was a blessing and a curse (for our diets!). But we earned it after great hikes in the NPs.We wouldn't recommend having 2 people sleep on double bed - not comfy. ##### Megan S. We knew to come prepared with groceries before getting to Three Rivers and what supplies we needed. We found the property be exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The yard and the river access was great, we had a great time hanging around outside after a long day at the park. Huge yard to play in and literally on the river. Also in between a bar/grill and candy/ice cream shop which we absolutely loved. House is clean and super functional. I must start by saying when I booked this place I was solely going off location and reviews. The pictures listed did not do justice to this adorable place. It is located on the river, able to walk outside the door and watch the water rush by for hours. The interior is understably mature, but also full of character and beautiful design touches. It is on a sizeable plot of fully fenced land, with an access gate, mature trees and a view to die for. We are an adult family, including a couple from the East Coast. It was truly a trip to remember and we could all agree that this property was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in, which was the cherry on top of a perfect trip to the Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks. Absolutely stunning location for a wedding. Adult sons enjoyed spending time in the river. Close to park and close to great restaurants in Three Rivers. The property was just as described and so beautiful. Plenty of space on the deck to relax and room down at the river for 1 or 2 people to put their chairs in the water. The backyard has river access and my youngest daughter had a blast playing with the 1 inch long fish in the river. The location was perfect We felt safe and it was only a 12 min drive to the sequoia park entrance. We did not spend a ton of time at the house because we wanted to spend our time at Sequoia and Kings Canyon National forest. The time we did spend at the house was great. The beds were super comfortable and the backyard was huge. Our oldest daughter loved all the lizards there. Great family memories were made there. ##### Julie A.
