Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive, making the booking process easy. Having so many separate rooms was great for all the snorers and the kids loved the variety of beds to choose from! They loved exploring the surrounding area and had a great time! The popcorn and novelty seasonings were a fun treat! It happened to be an unexpected autumn heat wave the days we were there with temperatures of 101-103\. So I was very thrilled to learn the property had an ac unit in the upstairs bedroom and an additional ac unit in the main area besides the central air. This helped a lot and made the heat tolerable. Check in and out was a breeze! Oh, and the jet tub looks small but don’t let it fool you! It’s great for a nice soak after a long day in the forest! We were three kids ages 4,6,9, 2 parents, and a grandma and grandpa. The game room downstairs was also a nice treat and fun for the kids to “get away”. No problems with critters or rodents. We laid on the deck and looked at the stars one night which was neat. Overall it was a great experience. We’d stay here again. ##### Halee H. While we had a blast in Sequoia NP, we were happy to come back at night. There are nearby markets and some restaurants. The hostess, Bree, was responsive, accommodating, and simply a really nice person. She was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a minor issue (not because of host/property) and she still addressed it with the utmost care and importance. We were very impressed with the level of care we received! The home is relatively secluded just a few minutes away from Generals Highway through Three Rivers. The property is well managed and beautiful with lots of flowers and fruit trees throughout. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and evenings watching various wildlife from the upper level of the house. The home itself was also plenty spacious, comfortable and clean. Our host, Bree, went above and beyond in making our stay a good experience. Any questions or issues we had were resolved quickly and it was a pleasure working with her. ##### Matthew K. It was quiet, clean & well stocked. The mattresses are very comfortable. Having bedrooms downstairs & upstairs, it was a very good fit for our needs. The internet connection was strong. I would definitely recommend this home.
