"Don't judge a book by its cover"—that’s how I’d describe the hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, sure, but it is San Francisco, after all. The room was nice and clean. My only issue was that I arrived very early, and the hotel doesn't have a room to store luggage while waiting for check-in; the guy working there wasn't very helpful regarding the bags, either. I'm not sure if I'd stay there again.

The Worst Place I Ever Stayed! I originally planned on staying for 4 days & had to leave after 2. From the beginning of my stay the staff were extremely unhelpful. Example when I couldn’t connect to Netflix I was cut off before finishing my sentence and told that’s not job this happened multiple times during my stay. The rooms are very small & walls are paper thin. My autistic daughter woke up in the middle of the night & while changing her diaper security came & I hesitated with opening my door because I never received a call he got upset & I felt pressured to open the door to a stranger my daughter wasn’t clothed no diaper & I didn’t get to finish changing her. I was told someone complained of noise & I had to pack my things and move to another room at 4:40am. After getting into my new room me & my kids were exhausted & starting at 9am housekeeping kept trying to come into my room over & over. I had the top lock on & was too tired to open the door so they lied and told the front desk I had loud music playing & to do a wellness check on me. Again I was woken up treated very harshly by security scolded to turn down my tv when my tv was low & that wasn’t the reason they came to my room I found this out later from the manager. Housekeeping is very pushy with getting into your room even after telling her 5 times I didn’t need anything she pushed pass me & went in. I had to move hotels & it costed a lot & took a day away from exploring & the hotel didn’t make it right.

Best location. Second time there. Excellent breakfast. Really really nice
