Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city."

"We only stayed one night as we were flying out of San Fran at the end of a road trip but the hotel was perfect for what we needed! Clean, valet parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. We chose to stay here because of the walk ability to Fishermans Wharf. With just a few hours/evening to spend in the city we felt our kids would enjoy that area the most! "

Overall I would rate this over 4 stars but not quite a 5 star hotel, which makes it affordable and convenient. I would stay there again…"
"This hotel was perfect for my trip. It was clean, comfortable & easy to get around. While the location is not central to a lot of the touristy sights, there are many options to get around. It is far from Muni Train lines but plenty of buses, cabs (Waymo) or bikes in the area. The rooms are a little dated but it’s perfect for sleep. There is a mini fridge in the room & the hotel has a restaurant with a small bar. I did not use the pool but it does have one. I recommend the coffee shop around the corner; Juniper for breakfast. Lots of places around this hotel for food & drink. I never felt unsafe around this hotel including at night. Reasonable rates make this a great place to stay if visiting San Francisco. "

"The property was in a good location. It was safe and room was big. The property seems a little old, but it was ok. The bathroom was a bit small but but it has the necessary. As to parking there is little parking we chose not to take out our car to avoid losing our spot, and just ubered and walked. "
"It’s got perfect coastal vibes with the architecture nestling the rooms in different orientations on different levels connecting them with manageable steps as though the whole Casa was designed in an Escher painting.
The room was super cozy and comfortable and the food in the restaurant downstairs, Poggio’s was exquisite! Great waiting staff! Some curt (possibly towards melanin(?)) than others but overall phenomenal service! "

One nice feature was a coin operated washer and dryer on site so we could do a load of laundry. I would stat there again and highly recommend this business. The owners take pride in their establishment and take care of the landscaped plants and flowers. "
