"Cute and cozy cabin! Tucked enough away to enjoy the peace and wildlife of the woods, yet so convenient to Beech Mountian Resort. Located right off the road which allowed us ease of access despite a surprise snow falling and not having a 4x4 vehicle. Our children absolutely loved the spacious attic, so fun! I would caution booking with smaller children (younger than 5) due to the steep stairs and overlook from the attic. A great home base for a winter mountain trip, we would definitely stay...

"If you are looking for a 4 Seasons or Hilton, this is not for you. But, if you want to stay in a mountain cabin, you can't do much better than this. I will say the ride up is not for the faint of heart but it is actually fun. The house had plenty of room for everyone, tons of movies, books, and games. A great fireplace with a blower. Internet and Direct TV can be challenging - but honestly that is not the reason we went up there. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home."

"The house is beautiful, as is the surrounding landscape. The views from the hot tub of the mountains were amazing! We had a great time playing games by the fireplace and watching movies in the theater downstairs. Our group had a great time and would love to return, especially with how accommodating the management was when we had to go back after check out to retrieve something we left behind. 10/10 would recommend this stay!"

"The sound of the mountain stream running through the backyard lulled us to sleep. The beautiful sight of deer running through the backyard was amazing. It was gorgeous in December and we know it has to be fabulous in the spring/summer as well. Warmer months must be fabulous when you can dip your toes in the backyard stream. The guest cottage is a beautiful little place nestled beside the main home. The two king suites in the cottage along with their owns bathrooms make it a true pleasure. And...

"With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!"
