"I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental, the front office, concierge and house keeping were all amazing and always smiling. The staff is very well trained and know how to make the guests happy. I want to mention Mehmet from the front office, he upgraded our room and was very helpful. Also Zainab from housekeeping was just a nice and welcoming lady. Great stay, great food and of course great staff."

"Great hotel, location and terrace with a beautiful view of the city and water. For the price point, Seven Hills was fantastic value. I especially appreciated the service of the staff, and in particular Kadir, who welcomed me. I arrived at 1am and upon entering my room he noticed a problem that he was not happy about, so immediately went about finding me another room without me even asking, and then brought me a plate of Turkish Delight…it’s those little things that leave lasting memories and I only wish I could thank him enough.
