"I can confirm all my previous reviewer. Lets start with the good things. The most important parts of the house are renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. The negative points: Although problems with the wifi were known beforehand, they were only communicated right before the checkin. The problem wasnt resolved during the stay and communication with host was meanwhile poor. You have to walk a very long (200m), unlit and unpaved path from the parking to the building, which is not suitable for handicapped people. This could have been communicated beforehand!"

"Great hotel, renovated a few years ago so in great condition - clean rooms, great location, quiet. short walk to town and awesome restaurant options. Make sure to reserve parking upfront as only have a few spaces. Lobelt breakfast. Excellent service - they helped recommend tours, places to eat, etc. We followed all recommendations and things were perfect. Thank you."

"Absolutely beautiful villa! It has been a dream of mine to rent a villa on Lake Como, and this property did not disappoint! Deborah was very kind and thorough and the home was very well taken care of. The lakefront access was amazing and there were several restaurants within walking distance. "We had an amazing holiday in villa louise, and enjoyed the stunning views !The villa had everything we needed for a great stay for all ages.The only slight downside for us was the location, there was a few lovely restaurants only a 10-15 minute walk away which was ok for us , however quite difficult for my nan as it was a very steep walk, taxis to menaggio were very difficult to come by and we only managed one trip to menaggio via taxi as it was 100 euros return for the 5 of us for a 9 minute drive, other than this we loved our stay."
