"We had a very nice experience here at the chalet. Everything was clean and well maintained. The surrounding area was beautiful.One critical feedback item for the future… We stayed at the chalet in March, and the area was just starting to thaw from winter. I wish that the chalet had notified us that in order to get to the chalet, you have to traverse several dirt roads that were really muddy because of the rain / melting. "My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again"

"Spent almost a week with family at the chalet. Great location in town with plenty of restaurants and lakeside shops within walking distance. Ample parking for at least a few vehicles. Good mix of indoor and outdoor areas for socializing, including the downstairs game room for kids, and with comfortable overflow bedding both upstairs and downstairs beyond the three bedrooms. Will stay again if coming back in town."
