“It was such a nice place. The owners were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, welcoming and kind. They have a very nice property with a great atmosphere. Really cool community room and fire area. Beautiful deck with good fishing and a gorgeous view. Just really loved it there ”

“Owners obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making this a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We were able to witness spectacular sunsets from the the deck surrounding our tent. Be aware that this is dark country, so a local rooster will wake you up early! Only reasons for the 4 stars above: one of the restrooms was out-of-order, so we did not get private restroom as advertised. It wasn’t a big deal, though. Also, would recommend owners mow grass more frequently as walking through...

“We so much enjoyed our two night's stay at Rainey and Jeff's campground and can't wait to return. Upon arrival, Rainey showed us around the campground, led us to our adorably decorated yurt and invited us to join the campfire later that evening for gourmet smores. We opened a bottle of wine and sat on the egg swings for a while, enjoying the sound of the bullfrogs and the beautiful surroundings.
