This fee allows us to provide extra care and cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and comfortable for the next guests, including guests with allergies. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left at the property alone. \- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. \- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. \- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. \- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. \- No RV or Trailer parking. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. \- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. \- Please ensure that there are sufficient wood pellets in the hopper before using the smoker/grill. The unit will not operate properly without enough pellets. If the hopper runs low or empty, you may need to press the “Prime” button on the touchpad to feed pellets into the system and get it started again. If there are no pellets available, please contact the management immediately so we can assist or restock the supply. \- We charge a $75 pet fee per pet, maximum of 2 pets under 50lbs. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left at the property alone. \- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town. \- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property. \- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest\`s responsibility to do the dishes before they leave. \- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason. \- No food or drink in the hot tub. \- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer. \- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. \- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited. \- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property. \- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. It was in the middle of the woods (we even saw a bear!), had tons of amenities (except a can opener) and lots of space with many levels and lots of decks. The down side was that the hot tub was not working the whole time we were there. We were told that we would get some kind of refund but that didn't happen. We also couldn't get the speakers to work with the large TV downstairs and the sound bar also kept going in and out. The shaded screen porch with fan and large TV added a nice touch in the early evenings. The hot tub was used by me and the group which added some relief to some aching muscles!
