Come enjoy a weekend in the Great Smoky Mountains from the comfort of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private condo in Townsend, TN. You can curl up next to the cozy fireplace in the living room or sip coffee on the patio in the morning. The fully stocked kitchen has just what you need for cooking a meal. You'll be perfectly located just up the hill from the Townsend greenway and a short drive away from numerous hikes in the mountains, fun in Pigeon Forge, or a trip to the many attractions in Gatlinburg.

Your condo stay is bright and airy with the comfortable luxuries of an electric fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, a fully supplied kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and a cozy back patio for sipping coffee in the early morning charm of the mountain air. The bedrooms are both spacious, and the master bath has a roomy and easily accessible tiled shower. Located in the private, gated community Cades Cove Reserve, you will be just up the hill from the Townsend Greenway for morning walks or bike riding, and you are a short drive away from numerous hikes in the mountains, fun in Pigeon Forge, or a trip to the many attractions in Gatlinburg. Or if you just want a cozy weekend to relax, the Cades Cove Reserve also offers you access to a heated pool, a furnished fire pit, and gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys surrounding you.

At Haven, we pride ourselves on our guests’ experience. We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. Haven wants to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. Haven’s guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends, and your family.

Guest have access to the entire condo as well as the outdoor areas of the clubhouse. This includes the pool and fire pit! Guests are not allowed inside the clubhouse though.

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

• 2nd-floor unit; Must climb stairs.

• The Fireplace is only operational from October 1-April 1.

• The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

•There is no RV or trailer parking per the HOA. Renters can park their trailers across the street for only $5 per day by calling & making reservations with Wolfe Creek Rentals. You need to state you are parking at the Townsend Facility.

• Please note: this is a residential community. We do ask you to kindly observe our community-enforced rules to ensure everyone, residents and visitors alike, enjoy a fun, safe, and peaceful experience!
- PER THE HOA, THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR NOISE COMPLAINTS! THIS FINE WILL BE IMPOSED ON GUESTS WHO RECEIVE A NOISE COMPLAINT.

- There are permanent residents who live in the condos. Please be mindful and respectful of them. THEY WILL CONTACT US IF THEY OBSERVE RULE VIOLATIONS.

- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BRINGING PETS INSIDE OUR PROPERTY.

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.

- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The “Minimum Age” to rent the Property is 25 years of age.
- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us. We will request this after your reservation has been made
- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter’s actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees.
- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Unless authorized by the Property Manager, the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated in the listing or the reservation for the Property.
- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 12:00AM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- If you do not vacate by check-out time, you authorize us to charge a late departure fee of up to one night’s rental and we may remove all Occupants and their personal property from the Property.
- No smoking is permitted on the Property at any time.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow.
- Renter authorizes us to bill the credit card on file for the full amount of the Rental Fee at the time of booking. Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with its credit or debit card issuer.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited.
- Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner will be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed on the property.
- Upon your arrival at the Property, you should inspect the rental unit to ensure the Property condition is to your satisfaction. If you find any conditions you need to report as unsatisfactory or damaged upon your arrival, you should report such conditions within two hours after the time you arrive at the Property. After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Absolutely Perfect !!!!

I have nothing negative to say about the accommodations. In fact, the only negative thing I can say is I kind of got teary-eyed when we had to leave. We look forward to staying there again, and hopefully we can stay a little longer next time. Townsend Tennessee is beautiful. I have a feeling that I have a new retirement location in my future. Definitely a five star review !!!

Townsend Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful 3-night stay in Townsend, TN. This condo has everything one could want for a comfortable time on vacation. It is simple, tastefully decorated, on the second floor with vaulted ceilings and a peaceful back porch that looks out to a secluded wooded area. The check in and check out process was very easy and the owners attentive and responsive to all of our inquiries. This condo is part of the Cades Cove Reserve, a gated community very accessible to everything you may want to do while in Townsend, including the Welcome Center, Little River Train Museum, the Tuckaleechee Caverns, Cades Cove, the Heritage Center, multiple places to eat and wonderful coffee shops. If we decide to venture back this direction whether for Townsend or nearby Gatlinburg/Great Smokey Mountain National Park, we would gladly stay here again.
