“Great location, super comfortable bed and sheets, delicious breakfasts! You should know that the air conditioners are in the window if that is something that might keep you awake and breakfast is only served until 930 if you’d like to sleep in, but we loved you”

“Eric and his team were wonderful. We feel so lucky that they had a last minute room available for a few days. A delightful and special place to stay. Breakfast and snacks were delicious and plentiful. Bed was comfortable and the shower was HEAVEN. This B&B is just a couple of blocks from the main street of Bar Harbor. We only used our car to drive to Acadia, minutes away from Holbrook House. There is even a park shuttle close, if you don't want to take your car into the park. We cannot wait...

“This property is amazing! It is within 5 minutes walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor, and a very short drive to Acadia National Park. It was very charming and quiet, and parking was convenient. Sara was an awesome host. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Bar Harbor.”

“The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge.”
