Quiet two bedroom, two bath with shared tub shower. Located on Tucson’s east side near Tanque Verde and Kolb roads. Includes Cox High Speed 500 Mbps WiFi Cable TV, telephone, and a 50” Samsung Smart TV. Also, 32” RokuTVs in both bedrooms, and a dedicated work space for working from home or working nearby.

Make laundry easy with an LG 27” front load washer and dryer combo with LG ThinQ technology. Laundry facilities also available on property. Have a mesquite wood fired steak dinner at Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse 🥩 , ride the train and see the Western shoot-out reenactment at Trail Dust Town. Millie’s Pancake Haus has the best pancakes you have ever had. Golf n Stuff ⛳️ has mini putt, go carts 🚗 and arcade games. Two major hospitals within a 10 minute drive. Very clean and nicely decorated. The drawback was , there were bugs in the unit. The exterminator was called and he said the insects were coming from the unit next to us. He sprayed the area and set some sticky boards. It definitely cut down on the insects but we still had some. The smoke alarm would go off randomly for no apparent reason. ( And I know it’s not the owners fault) but the tenants above us were very noisy, no loud voices or anything but the would drop things on the floor or move furniture, and slam doors at all hours of the night. The furnace fan was noisy when it came on

Home away from home in Tucson
The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The sofa in the living room should not be counted as a sleeping spot as it is very uncomfortable for sleeping. The water did get turned off on 4 different days without notice for at least 6-8 hours. There were roaches, it looked like they came from other condos underneath the shared walls, we arrived to a very clean condo & maintained that throughout our stay, but they were there nonetheless. Overall, the place was nice & close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Good location , unsafe neighborhood
Property manager answered questions and fixed things in a timely manner. Hot water only gets hot in kitchen and shower never gets hot only like warm. Inside property is nice, couch uncomfortable and small. Location is close to hospital. Location is in an unsafe neighborhood.
