Solid place to stay if you're staying for a short time in Scottsdale/Phoenix or are traveling on a budget. It's a little run down--minor cosmetic things--but the rooms and facility itself are clean, and nothing in our room seemed to be in disrepair. The pool is nice and well maintained, and they serve a continental breakfast (bagels, cold cereal, coffee, milk, Sunny D, and a waffle maker). A basic motel, so don't expect any frills or extras, but if you need a place to lay your head in Scottsdale with a pool and hot tub for a nice dip, then this is a good choice.

I had to get three different rooms. The first one everything seemed to be not working correctly or broken. The second one they said was an upgrade smelled like somebody took a number two and never flushed. The third room was good. The staff was really nice. The warm breakfast consisted of make your own waffles and bagels. I was very disappointed.

There were a few days out of the week with boiler issues that prevented people having hot/warm water, but nothing else major. Seems like the staff was doing their best to get a maintenance crew there to resolve the problem, and it was resolved. Other than that it was a quiet and comfortable stay.

I’ve had such a positive experience staying here. The staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Any time I’ve had a question, concern, or problem, they’ve addressed it right away and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed somewhere where everything felt this easy and stress-free. The level of customer service really stands out, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests and wants them to be comfortable. I’m extremely grateful for how well I’ve been treated here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with wonderful people and excellent service. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay such a pleasant one!

Wenjoyed the pool & the breakfast waffles. The only thing that bothered us was that NONE of the ice machines worked, Other than that it’s an decent, affordable place to stay not too far from airport. I would stay here again despite the ice machine thing lol

Convenient location. Issue with jetted tub initially and was moved. Staff could have been a little more helpful. Had an ubereat delivery and I informed staff to tell the driver the new room number if he/she came in. She did, but I wasnt informed and I had to return to front to find it.
