Worst experience with a host and property manager!!!

This property is very poorly managed!! I booked this property expecting to have the whole house for the night. The host gave me a key and told me I had a single child’s room for 5 guest. She proceeded to say that the booking was only for a single but I should my email stating it was for the entire house. She had two other people renting the rooms and it appeared that she lived in the home as well. Terrible organization, planning, and communication.
