Best time to visit

Turin’s a great city to visit year round, with different things to offer visitors at different times of year. Come in the Christmas holiday season to experience the city's festive spirit. Winter is also the time to visit for skiing in the nearby Italian Alps. Summers are very pleasant, without the searing heat of some parts of Italy, while spring and fall are quieter but still mild.
