Wonderful friendly staff! Breakfast was basic, standard waffles, sausage, biscuit and gravy, powdered eggs. Getting out of parking lot onto Main St is tough due to traffic but hotel was great. And they welcome puppies!

Booked the room thru Expedia. Check in was not good as Expedia did not push thru the reservation to the Hampton Inn. The hotel had to contact Expedia to send over the reservation. However after we were able to get the room it was good. The staff is very friendly and professional. Darren did a fantastic job in getting everything all done.

Decent Place To Stay

Ok stay. Room was nice, but found a few pieces of cereal on the floor, so wondered how much it was vacuumed. Loved they allowed us to have our 2 dogs. BUT....I was very disappointed in the "supposed" Zero% bath products in our room. I am an avid Hilton fan and fell in love with these products during my stays and actually use them at home. The shampoo barely smelled like the original product, the conditioner was not the same product and I have no idea what was in the shower gel bottle. It smelled bad like chemicals. The lotion was also a no-go. Would stay again, but definately recommend bringing your own bath products.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bed pillows were square shape instead of typical rectangle, but still were comfortable and slept well. Included breakfast was good with lots of options.

Not super quiet BUT they had cookies

This place was clean, convenient to the highway and fast food places (not my favorite but for this trip it was fine), the staff was friendly and the parking was a non-issue. I do wish that the rooms were more sound-proofed. I could hear every word that was spoken outside my door or on either side of the wall. BUT, they had cookies in the lobby so some of that is forgiven.

The staff was great. They went above and beyond... for example they had a bag with 2 bottles of water for you to take on the road. They also had a breakfast bag to take on the road. This was what Hampton used to provide, but is not done now. I will stay there again.

We had a good stay here. The bed was comfortable and particularly liked the bathroom layout that made it easy for 2 people to use. For peloton users, they have a peloton bike in exercise room that can be harder to find. they are close to highway 20 that makes getting started on this highway easier. The only less appealing item in our stay was a somewhat musty smell in our our room. Staff was also very helpful and courteous.
