“We were in town for ETSU orientation, and being right across the street was absolutely awesome. The parking and check in process was super easy. There are alot of restaurants in walking distance, as well as many others within a 10 minute drive. The apartment has ample sleep space. My few complaints were the upstairs neighbor was stomping awfully hard back and forth literally all day, im not sure if it was on purpose or they were just tryna get their steps in for the day but it was very annoying....

“This is our second stay at this beautiful condo at Mountain Air and it was wonderful!The condo is clean, well appointed and has outstanding views in a quiet location. We stayed here with our adult kids and 2 dogs and had a fantastic vacation. Hiking trails run throughout the area and the mountain top airstrip is so convenient. Don is a fabulous host and the condo is awesome! If you’re looking for relaxation, awesome views and all the comforts of home, this is it. We’re already trying to find...

“All of us grew up in Burnsville- we enjoyed coming back home 20 years later to experience all the changes Burnsville has undergone. The apartment is exceptional. It would be perfect for anyone visiting Burnsville. The only issue is the elevator. It was unreliable. Taking the stairs was no big deal for us, but if you relied exclusively on the elevator you might run into issues.”
