"I’ve stayed here a couple of times but this time there was no hot water. I was told it was because so many people were staying there. That shouldn’t be an issue. I understand things happen but this seemed to be an ongoing issue after talking to some of the others who were staying there. I love the location but I expect hot water when I’m paying for room."

When I went back and said that I was not comfortable in an area under construction in that manner, she was very quickly able to give me another room in a different area of the property."
