Ghandi, Morgan, and all of the staff were wonderful! They arranged airport pickup, offered help with tours, and were very communicative through WhatsApp.
The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. And I will miss the mango juice! We also ordered dinner in-room late at night and that was delicious!
The rooms don’t disappoint, they are exactly as pictured. We stayed in the Galaxy suite and had a view of the 3 pyramids with a jacuzzi tub, which was lovely. I would personally opt for this versus other hotels like the popular Mena House because it is a boutique hotel feeling, it’s more personalized, and every room has a spectacular view for a reasonable price. The location is also good, it’s obviously close to the pyramids and we felt very safe and secure —no scary elevators or stairs.
My husband wanted to get a haircut and we were able to get one late at night with the help of Ghandi. Ghandi walked us over to a barber shop and stayed with us the whole time.
I highly recommend Galaxy and the other properties under the same management (they look very similar but are located on another side of the pyramids). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
