“Breakfast is great and helpful”

“Travelling for work, had a one night stay. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was very clean and had a charging dock in the room which was a pleasant surprise. Check in was very easy. The woman at reception walked me to my room, another pleasant surprise. Definitely a plus. Eneded having dinner at the attached restaurant Basillico. Food was great staff was awesome. Only thing was that the tip was not added to the total on the receipt, Which caused a slight hiccup when submitting my expenses.……

“First time and not the last.. it is a beautiful property. The staff made it very enjoyable. The Wednesday evening I went to the restaurant terrace and the staff went out of their way to bring a heat lamp, made a special cocktail and served up a great Reuben and Chocolate dessert.”

“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”

“The heater is so noisy and we could hardly sleep. Better avoid stay in the hotel if you want to have a fair sleep.”

“Updated rooms and convenient parking. The exterior doors for our wing were in the process (I hope) of being repainted.”

“This was my first stay in Muskoka and now I am planning my next visit. My friends and I had a great time. The cabin was clean, private, and the view of the lake was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.”

“Sheets looked like they were not cleaned upon entering room, pillow cases smelled of hair oil and sweat from previous, overall room was ok, but cleaniless was not up to speed. They clean rooms and change sheets every 3 days which is alittle gross. Close to resturants and amenities”

“It was a nice visit but not likely to return. Too many geese and poop even though staff worked hard to keep it raked. Restaurant dinner food was very good.”
