“Ha sido un mes fantástico y el apartamento ha tenido mucho que ver con ello por su ubicación y completa equipación. Cada invierno pasamos una temporada en la isla. Hemos visto muchos apartamentos y este ha sido, con mucho, el mejor. Quienes pretendan alejarse de la vorágine turística de Maspalomas-Playa del Ingles, Arinaga y este apartamento son la selección mas adecuada. No tengo ninguna duda. Muchas gracias por todo Francisco. “Die lange Fußgängeralle ist sehr schön. Die Bushaltestelle war nur 5 Minuten vom Appartment entfernt. Es gab auch gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Schiff Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Vom Mirador konnten wir den Ort hervorragend überblicken. Nachteilig ist, daß es für den kleinen Ort zu viele Touristen und Besucher gibt.”

Sitting on the balcony and away from the light pollution of the port.. Just so special. We were there for almost two months Wonderful manager So helpful when we needed them for an issue unrelated to the property. They went above and beyond. ”

“Das Appartement ist wirklich schön. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich schon morgens schön Frühstücken. Die Sonne ist den ganzen Tag da. Die Umgebung ist einigermaßen ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Matratzen leider etwas zu hart. Praktisch war die eigene Garage mit direktem Aufzug zum Appartement. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen. “We had a great stay. Carmelo helped really quickly whenever we had a problem. The stove was broken and he replaced it immediately. Arinaga is really nice and the apartment well located. You can go swimming a few meters opposite. The terrace is great although the wall is a bit high and so you only have the great sea view when standing.”

“Wir waren dort 14 Tage in November. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell, gut aufgeteilt und mit wunderbare Meerblick. Der Vermieter(Christian) und die Kontaktperson vor Ort(Oliver) waren sehr, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gern wieder.”

“This is a nice apartment with large outside area. The apartment is fully equipped for 4 people and the showers are excellent. We all agreed that it was very clean on arrival (not something we always have!). Underground parking for the car is a good facility as the parking spaces on the road are often fully occupied. Very nice pool and sunbathing area although the fingerprint admittance system is inconsistent. The fingerprints of some people will allow entry to he pool area but others won't. We...

“What an amazing place, situated in taidai close to all amenities, good restaurants, shopping and a short walk to both the maspalomas dunes and Playa des ingles. The apartment was fresh, clean, immaculate with absolutely everything you needed and great security too. Nice touches by the owner with a bottles of water and one of wine on our arrival. There is also a clean private pool area with plenty of beds. Great nightlife in yumbo with fabulous bars and restaurants. The apartment is also very...
