“Nice experience ”

“This property is exactly as described. Very family friendly, pet friendly. Unfortunately the people before us left a bit of a mess with trash and dog feces, but overall the stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there!!”

“This was the most amazing cabin! The feeling of the cabin itself is amazing and very calming, exactly what you want in Tahoe. The owner was super available and responded immediately to any questions. Check in was easy and there were no check out instructions like some places have you do a million things (we still did all of those things even though it wasn’t asked but just because we were so appreciative of our experience). I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and this one BY FAR surpasses any that I have……

“It’s hard to find a comfy house that allows dogs, so we are glad we found this one! The house is HUGE. 3 floors so if you don’t do stairs well maybe re think this house. We didn’t mind the stairs at all. The house was super warm when we used the central heater and they provide a space heater for every room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans you could want. Everything in the kitchen works super well. Could use. A bit more silverware. Overall the stay was great and we’d stay……

“Nice property. Those stairs to the attic are challenging! Some kind of handhold on the right hand side as you come down from the top would be good. The Mirriones need to know that the “hot” water in the master bedroom at the top of the house is only tepid. Something is a mess there.”

“We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. We enjoyed the East Shore Trail, Sand Harbor, boulder jumping, hiking & more! The cabin's kitchen is new & well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans & utensils. “Really lovely place for a group with an exceptional dock for easy access to the lake. Kitchen has all amenities that you would need to make every meal at home. Great communication with the hosts. I would rate the cleanliness as good instead of excellent; quite a few large spiderwebs, carpets with some staining, bath rugs well worn and bathtub that could a little TLC. However, with any vacation rental, I imagine it is hard to keep everything top-notch! Also bummed out that we couldn’t use the……

“Our stay at the Hillside Haven for seven nights was very relaxing. It is a house in a quiet neighborhood of Truckee with very easy access to Lake Tahoe and many other areas. The management company was excellent. I liked that the living area was upstairs and that there were pretty views of the forest and mountains and a cross breeze on warm days.
