"My room was well designed, even nicer than the photo online. The bed was comfy although the mattress topper would slide off abit. It was bright witb a good selection of lighting. It was a good temperature and i loved the heated bathroom floor, the bathroomwas a good size and well designed. The complimentary toiletries were lovely. There was good storage for clothes, bags et . The staff were happy to keep me topped up with coffee etc. I didnt use the mini fridge but imagine that it was idesl as a good size. The staff were so lovely, nothing too much trouble, greeted us with warm smiles and offered assistance where needed. The bag drop off storage was invaluable and much appreciated. Would return in a heartbeat"
