“Paul and Karen are very friendly, the place is super clean, they have cleaning service everyday.
The location is not bad, it's in the middle between city and airport, you can walk 5-7 mins to take tram to the city, and when you are leaving to the airport by uber it's very fast like half an hour.
There's a pantry where you can make coffee tea anytime, fridge, cereals and they even leave small cakes for you! Really sweet gesture :)
We stayed in the garden room, where you can see the nice cute……

“It was an experience for sure to stay there. If you have a bit of mobility issue you may struggle to get over steps on entry. Eco friendly place, very clean and very comfy bed. Because we both on bigger size it was a bit struggle to pass each other, it is small. Would be nice to have brighter light in bathroom, can't see if you doing makeup. To get in was a challenge, have to ask young people for help how to use Nuki app to lock and unlock the doors. I would never got in and out on my own. Walk……

1. Can’t beat the locations

1. They sent the wrong wifi information which required emails to sort out. If I didn’t have a data plan this would have been quite problematic
2. Shower has great water pressure but the water does not get hot enough for it be enjoyed
3. Room was cold and damp and heater in the room did not work”

Disappointing service
"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.
