So you can here the security guard talking to everyone when in the bedroom near entry. It is on a busy street and no real view (102). Try and get up higher and away from garage entry. "This is the second time we've stayed at Tiara Sands and we plan on returning hopefully next year. It's beautiful, quiet, clean, and the tenants are all very nice. The property manager Carlo is very helpful and he checks in on us to make sure all is ok. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable."

"My son participated in the Mexi log fest, and it was so nice to be able to walk to the event from our Casita. Our Casita came with bikes and we used them daily to ride into the historical Centro. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Mazatlan"

"We were scammed. This was a FAKE listing. This was a horrible situation for us. We had been grocery shopping and had to throw away nearly everything because we couldn't find a similar property with a fridge nearby. It was 8pm at night, and we had been driving 10 hours.
